As a long-time Weis customer, I consider it an exceptional company. They are competent, dependable, efficient and courteous. Weis has installed and serviced our heating and cooling equipment for nearly 20 years. When our thermostat went out on the coldest night of the year, Rich got us warmed up again in short order. Rich is a great example of excellent customer service and a big reason for my confidence in the company.
Service person arrived during appointment time frame, phoned ahead, worked in a timely manner, was clean, neat, pleasant, and wore protective boots inside the house (raining outside.)

I have my heat pump serviced twice a year by Weis Derousse in Red Bud and I always request Frank to do the job. He is friendly and courteous and he was the one who put the unit in years ago. Jamie in the office is also a pleasure to talk to.

Weis installed a new system for me two years ago and fulfilled the contract as agreed. Since then, they have serviced it. The service calls have been within the stated hours and the serviceman has been professional and helpful. Front office communications have improved over the last year. I'm currently pleased with the service.
Weis was able to send someone out the same day I called, which was good since it was in the mid 90s and my AC wasn't working at all! Rich was able to diagnose and fix my AC unit in under 30 minutes, getting our house back to being cool again. They were very upfront about pricing, which was very reasonable. Rich was very professional and courteous. I would certainly recommend them and will definitely give them a call next time I need service!
Great Service! Called on a 93 degree Sunday when my 91 year old father's air went out. Weis Comfort Systems arrived within a couple of hours, had the unit fixed and cooling within less than an hour of arriving. Frank was polite, friendly and most important knew what he was doing!

We needed a new furnace and a/c for our home and looked into several different options including the company we had been using for the past 15 years. In the end we went with Weis. Weis came recommended by a coworker and we have no personal or professional relationship with the company. The bid process was simple and the rep very personable, knowledgable and professional. We were given several options to evaluate and information about each to review. After the bid we had more questions and they answered all of our questions quickly. The units were installed on time and as promised. We had the unit inspected as required by the County and any items that needed attention were quickly remedied. Since installation we have used the air and heater. Works great! Very pleased.

We took advantage of the annual mtce. pkg. with Weis. They contacted us to remind us of the furnace mtce and we set up an appt. The technician was courteous and professional. We have used Weis for all our mtce needs and on occasion a repair or two. Not only did they install this furnace and air conditioner when we upgraded to a more energy efficient unit, but also a previous home. The previous home was converted from oil heat to a gas furnace and a replacement air conditioner. In both homes they provided excellent workmanship. When the oil tank was removed (no easy feat) by Weis, we did not even need to do any clean up--it was all handled. I want to thank Weis for their professionalism and excellent workmanship.

I had a 2-hour window for my air conditioner maintenance appointment and Rich actually showed up early! So nice to not have to sit around to the last minute. He was very professional and friendly. We've been Weis customers for all of the 26 years we've owned our home. Mostly it was for checkups and installation of a humidifier. We purchased a new HVAC system two years ago that came with a maintenance package for two AC checkups and two Heater checkups. We just had the second AC checkup and as always, Weis was prompt, they called ahead to let us know they were on their way, and they did their work with little interruption to our daily routine. These folks are absolute pros. We have always felt very fortunate to have found them at the very beginning of our home ownership.
The company always does well to remind you of your updates when you need to have your services checked. They always send out very nice men who know what

When looking for HVAC - the only thing I want to know initially is price on these reviews. So people out there who want to know - Weis is $2300 cheaper for AC and Furnace combo. We have a smaller house and only need 14 Seer - AC and 90% efficiency on furnace. Mr. Forness came out, consulted with me about the system and our needs. He told me we did not need a furnace, in which others tried pushing on us. I brought up the furnace part of it. He then proceeded to give fair pricing we could live with.
Hands down, if you need to go with a company I recommend Weis. You know you are getting a deal and they use named brand and quality products.
A day after an appointment to fix the two-year-old A/C in my new home, the friendly folks at Weis notified me that the previous homeowners had purchased a 10-year parts/service warranty...and they had already refunded the repair fee for the work my unit had needed. Unexpected, and very welcome - they looked out for me when they didn't need to.

We have used Weis Comfort Systems for over 12 years for all of our heating and cooling needs, in two homes. They are always courteous, quick, honest, fair, and efficient! They just installed a new furnace and air conditioner last winter and we could not be happier! Fabulous company!
Weis has been servicing our furnace and air conditioner for decades. Mostly the service calls are for regular maintenance. A few have been for repair. All calls were handled professionally. I can't remember having to call a second time because the problem was not corrected.
Weis also installed a new furnace and air conditioner during the mid 1990's. Again the company did an excellent job.

Weis was great as usual. I had forgotten the scheduled service until I received a quick phone call that Bill was on his way. No problem. Friendly and affable as always, he carried out his duties and pronounced everything 'okay.' This is a great company and watches my comfort all year long.

They provided prompt and excellent service when AC quit working. No charge, since system is still under warranty.
The service personnel have been to my home several times since we moved to our new home in 2014. We were unfamiliar with geo-thermal and the people at Weis have explained the workings of the system and backup heat or cooling. Repair men are always courteous and professional. Good to have Weis for services.
